The parents of the girls as well as service chiefs, President of the Senate, David Mark, Governors Kashim Shettima of Borno and Isa Yuguda of Bauchi Also are at the closed-door meeting holding at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. Members of the Federal Executive Council are also in attendance.

Rilwanu Lukman dies at 75

The former Minister of Petroleum Resources and erstwhile Secretary General of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC,Born on August 26, 1938, died about a month to his 76th birthday. Mr. Lukman was said to have, for a long time, suffered from a yet to be disclosed illness. Details of his burial is yet to be announced. Check out for more details
